WHY BAIRRIO
Buy and sell with Bairrio
Listings, offers, documents and professional support in one place.
What is Bairrio?
Bairrio connects people buying and selling homes in Portugal. It brings listings, offers, documents and independent professional services together, so buyers and owners can deal directly.
What are the transaction costs?
Bairrio charges a flat €99 listing fee, including VAT, with no commission on the sale price. The calculator compares that fee with an agency commission. Taxes, registration, mortgage costs and any professional services depend on the transaction and are separate.
